Every year, on March 20, we celebrate Foundation Day, echoing the International Day of Happiness, a highly symbolic date that reminds us that collective well-being also depends on mutual aid and solidarity. This 3ᵉ edition once again brings together John Cockerill Group employees around strong values, with a clear ambition to foster and encourage commitment to solidarity.
Among the key moments of this edition:
- A retrospective of projects from 2024, highlighting the impact of initiatives taken by our employees.
- Poignant messages with local communities and associative partners, testifying to the strength of collective work.
- The launch of the Prix Bâtisseurs 2026 campaign, a call to all employees to propose and develop solidarity initiatives.
To structure and encourage these commitments, the ActTogether platform is made available to all employees. This tool can be used to identify, track and share solidarity initiatives, giving everyone the opportunity to get involved at their own level.
With this third edition of Foundation Day, the Foundation and the John Cockerill Group are reaffirming their commitment to a more responsible and united company. A human project that has only just begun, and in which every employee can play an essential role.
